Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TBS38S) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails are ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches included.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides secure attachment and among the fastest installation times in the commercial low profile door rail category—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated; after installation, simply attach your door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The adjustable door alignment system allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails and enables installation in vertically out-of-square openings. To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment.

Additional advantages: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass; rigid single-component housing resists shifting over time; internal components do not require removal for installation; glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® door rails include the built-in jamb alignment block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
