Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TBS38SL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install operation.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure attachment and the fastest installation time among door rail systems. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with end caps installed; after mounting, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide preassembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows on-site vertical adjustment of the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment in or out. The low profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
