Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TSA38SL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install performance.

Operation & adjustment
After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts. The center bolt locks the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. Low-profile adjustable slides permit pivot placement other than the American Standard setback, enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Compatibility & options
• Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass.
• All rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots are ordered separately to meet job requirements.
• Rails with locks are supplied with the latch mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
• Pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) and closer arms/floor or overhead pivots sold separately.
