CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) glass using monolithic tempered glass. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for a secure, lasting hold and faster installation than conventional door rails.

Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches. The built-in, adjustable door alignment slide (standard on top and bottom rails) lets installers fine-tune door position 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts—the center locks the slide and the outer two provide the 1/8" adjustment.

The low-profile adjustable slide and slotted pivots allow fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings and positions other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm). Models are available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass. The rail is a rigid single-component housing that resists shifting or loss of adjustment; internal components do not require removal for installation; and glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments.

Notes: Actual product height: 2-5/16" (59 mm). All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms, pivots, closer arms, floor or overhead pivots, and pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) are sold separately to meet job requirements. Models with locks ship with the lock mechanism installed—matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
