Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TDU12SL) is a compact, ready-to-install low profile door rail measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1), integral End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile adjustable slide allows pivots with slotted grooves to be positioned other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other capabilities: models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. All rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
