CRL Low Profile Door Rail — compact 2-5/16" (59 mm) height by 1-1/2" (38 mm) width engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) glass. Incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures glass quickly and reliably — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails come completely fabricated; after installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System provides ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without door removal — standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
