Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SBS12SL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Low profile door rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install for commercial glass doors and storefronts.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure attachment plus the industry’s fastest installation for door rails. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with end caps installed; after rail installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you shift the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To make final adjustments, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts—the center secures the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other benefits: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass; single-component rigid housing resists shifting over time; internal components remain in place during installation; and glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® door rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
