CRL Low Profile Door Rail — engineered for frameless glass doors and shower doors using 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. The rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, out-of-the-carton installation.

Installation & adjustment: After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment after hanging, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts — center bolt locks the slide; outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.

Compatibility: Models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. Low Profile Door Rails are prepped for Low Profile Door Rail Pivot Inserts (pivot inserts 1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704 sold separately). Closer arms, floor or overhead pivots, and keyed cylinders/thumbturns for locks must be ordered separately.
