Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a ready-to-install, low profile door rail for frameless glass doors measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) and ships complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures 1/2" (12 mm) glass quickly and reliably, offering the fastest installation time among door rail systems. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated; after mounting, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System allows in-place adjustment of 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, the outer two adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide accommodates pivots set off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
