Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPB38S) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System — a low profile, ready-to-install door rail designed for fast installation and lasting alignment. Rails include End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures monolithic tempered glass quickly and reliably, delivering one of the fastest installation times in the industry. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated with End Caps installed; attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment access is achieved by removing the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide and the outer bolts fine-tune the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out movement. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement different from the American Standard setback for use in vertically out-of-square openings.
