CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a compact, ready-to-install door rail for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. The rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for secure, long-lasting glass attachment and the fastest installation times in the industry.

Installation & adjustment notes: Rails ship fabricated with End Caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. To fine-tune alignment, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, outer bolts permit the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. Low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm).

Compatibility: Models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 or 19 mm) glass. All rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms, pivots, keyed cylinders, thumbturns, and pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) are ordered separately. All door rails are supplied with the standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System; closer arms and floor/overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
