CRL Low Profile Door Rail — 2-5/16" (59 mm) H x 1-1/2" (38 mm) W — combines a slim architectural profile with CRL's patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches. Ideal long-tail product search: low profile door rail for 1/2" tempered glass, Wedge-Lock door rail for frameless glass doors.

Fast installation & adjustable alignment
Wedge-Lock® secures glass quickly — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated; attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The adjustable alignment system provides ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door.

To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide allows pivot placement off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) to accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.
