Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install for frameless and glass storefront doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system combines secure glass attachment with the fastest installation time in the industry—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails come fully fabricated with end caps installed; after mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you move the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This standard feature on both top and bottom rails is accessed by removing the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: a center securing bolt and two outer bolts for ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow fabrication for openings that are vertically out-of-square.
