CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SSA12S) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes our patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System. Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install commercial door assemblies.

Operation & installation notes

Rails ship fabricated with end caps installed. After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.

Glass & hardware compatibility

• Designed for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass (listed rail length matches this glass thickness)
• Other Wedge-Lock® models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass
• Pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704), closer arms, floor or overhead pivots, keyed cylinders, and thumbturns are sold separately
