CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TMBL12S) is engineered for frameless and minimal-frame glass doors, measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System and ships complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, job-ready installation.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers secure attachment to tempered glass and the fastest installation times in its class — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with end caps installed; after mounting, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) fine adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment requires removing the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide and the outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) and supports fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
