Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a ready-to-install, low-profile glass door rail (SKU: DR2TBL12S) measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for secure, reliable attachment to 1/2" monolithic tempered glass. Rails include end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

Installation & adjustments
Rails arrive fabricated with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm).

Compatibility
Models are available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms, pivots, keyed cylinders or thumbturns are ordered separately to meet job requirements.
