Our innovative glass entrance component, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the patented Wedge-Lock® Securing System to clamp glass securely via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a stainless steel pressure bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the rail to generate extremely high clamping force (over 900 lb. in our 9" corner rail), producing exceptional hold along the full 35-3/4" (908 mm) door rail. Installation & adjustment notes: After installing the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable alignment slide. Remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out.
