Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TPS12S) is a glass door rail engineered for secure, fast installation on 1/2" tempered glass. The patented Wedge-Lock® Securing System uses two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar to apply downward wedge pressure into an angled groove, producing very high retention force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). This design creates a rigid, single-component housing that resists shifting and stays in adjustment over time.
