Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TDU12S) is a compact, ready-to-install rail engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. At just 2-5/16" (59 mm) high and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for secure, long-lasting glass retention and industry-leading installation speed. End caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches are included for out-of-box installation.

Installation & adjustment: Rails ship with End Caps installed. After mounting, attach your door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). Pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) and closer arms or floor/overhead pivots are sold separately.
