Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to clamp tempered glass securely from the bottom of the rail. Two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions are pulled together by a flat stainless steel bar and socket head cap bolts; angled wedges in the rail amplify that force to create tremendous grip (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail), delivering industry-leading secure attachment for glass doors and storefronts designed for 1/2" glass panels.

Wedge-Lock® Door Rails are engineered for fast installation and reliable long-term performance. Rails arrive fully fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide that ships assembled in the rail.

The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System (top and bottom rails) lets installers shift the door 1/8" (3.2 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" adjustment range. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow non‑standard setback positions and fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
