Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to secure the glass from the bottom via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. Tightening the socket head cap bolts pulls the bar down, forcing the angled extrusions together against the door rail wedge and our specially designed door retaining gasket to generate extremely high clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" Corner Rail). This design provides a secure, durable connection for full-length 35-3/4" (908 mm) rails and is ideal for commercial glass door installations where strength and longevity matter.

After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide, while the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3.2 mm) in/out adjustment.
