Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System features the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System — a high-strength glass door rail engineered to secure monolithic tempered glass with fast, reliable installation. The design uses two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions clamped by a flat stainless steel bar and socket head cap bolts that drive the angled extrusions into the rail’s wedge groove. This wedge action plus the door retaining gasket generates exceptional clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail), delivering durable, long-lasting glass retention for full-length 35-3/4" (908 mm) rails.
