CRL's CRS Surface Mounted Post Kits (SKU: CR36CKBS) are manufactured from Schedule 40 1.9" (48 mm) diameter stainless steel tubing and are specifically designed for handrail and guardrail surface-mounted installations. Kits include welded base plates, base cover flanges, top rail adapters and bottom rail adapters for quick installation on commercial storefronts, stairways, balconies, and exterior decks.
Standard CRS 36" and 42" tall post kits fit 2" (51 mm) diameter top rails and 1-1/2" (38 mm) diameter bottom rails. Custom sizes and alternate top-cap rail diameters are availableβcontact Technical Sales for special-order options and lead times.
