CRL 6" x 10" Center Locks with Deadlatch (SKU: DL611LPBS) deliver versatile security for 1/2" (12 mm) heavy tempered glass doors. These center locks are handed left or right, come in five attractive finishes, and install cleanly with a simple glass cut-out—ideal as a glass door center lock for commercial and institutional interior doors. The operation and security features vary by lock function to meet specific access-control needs.

Office Lock Function: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (outside lever can be locked by rocker in faceplate) or by key outside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Inside lever always retracts locking mechanism for egress.

Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (except when deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Inside lever retracts both latch and deadbolt for exiting.

Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Inside lever always retracts the latch to allow exiting.

Storeroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by inside lever and by key outside; outside lever is fixed. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Inside lever always permits egress. Commonly used with electric strikes.

Classroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side except when outside lever is locked by key. Key operates latch and unlocks outside lever; inside lever always permits egress.
