CRL Brushed Stainless RH 2-1/2" Slim Door Rail with Lock 908mm

CRL Slender Profile Door Rails (SKU: SP64BS12SR) measure only 1" (25 mm) wide and are designed for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Available heights: 1", 1-3/8", and 2-1/2" (25, 35, and 64 mm). Rails are prepped to accept any of the three Slender Profile Rail Pivot Inserts (ordered separately) so you can use overhead door closers, floor-mounted closers, or pivot hardware. Ideal for glass display cases and storefront applications, these slender profile door rails provide a clean, modern look while maximizing visible glass.

All rails are field-installable and easily adjusted to compensate for on-site conditions. Construction: aluminum core clad in alloy 304 stainless steel for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Most rails can be fitted with the 7150 Series Cam Lock (sold separately) for secure display case locking; other locking options may be available by special order.

• Compatible pivots: CRL9040WBP top pivot and 1NT402 bottom pivot
• End caps are included with all Slender Profile Door Rails
• Specify door rail length (including end caps) when ordering custom length rails
• If a 7150 Series Cam Lock is required, specify door handing
• Rails are prepped to receive Slender Profile Door Rail Pivot Inserts (sold separately)
• Installation instructions and adjustment wrenches are included

Product warning:

Custom rails are made to your specified size and finish and are not returnable. Glass fabrication is required for a lock—refer to the template. Maximum system width is 42" (1.07 m).
