This CRL Vinyl Door Jamb Finger Guard installs on the hinge side of the door frame to help reduce finger injuries on center pivot doors. Charcoal finish hides wear while the interior aluminum support strip adds rigidity for reliable protection.
NOTE: Designed only for center pivot doors with a specific frame opening size. Attachment screws are not included.
Mounting recommendation: Position the finger guard on the door frame, then drill a pilot hole completely through the vinyl and inner aluminum support. Score the top of the vinyl with a razor knife so the screw head seats through the vinyl when tightening to the jamb. Repeat for all holes.
