With this CRL Glass Drilling Base, field glass drilling problems are eliminated. Mount a handheld, cordless, or electric drill to the chuck, install the appropriate bit, add coolant, and quickly drill clean holes in mirrors or non-tempered glass. The adjustable stop and spring resistance deliver controlled, smooth operation while the base gasket prevents slipping and contains coolant—ideal for mirror installation and on-site glass fabrication. Choose the Belgium-thread chuck version (SKU: GDB2) for compatibility with Belgium-style chucks; a keyless-chuck option is available as GDB1.
