These CRL heavy-duty commercial Grade 1 and 2 lever locksets are non-handed and reversible. The Group 1 clutch disengages the outer lever when the latch is locked, preventing latch failure from excessive torque—an important anti-forcing feature for commercial doors.
These UL Listed, 3-hour fire rated locksets fit door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (35–45 mm) with a 2-3/4" (70 mm) backset. Available with a 7-pin Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) keyway or Schlage® C 6‑pin keyway, and include an ANSI 1-1/4" x 4-7/8" (32 x 124 mm) strike. Ideal for commercial storeroom applications where secure, fail-safe egress is required.
STOREROOM FUNCTION DESCRIPTION: Outside lever always locked; key unlatches only. Inside lever always allows free egress.
