This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z910MBL) secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass panels and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Designed for square tubing and other flat mounting surfaces, the flat-base clamp is a durable solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and mezzanine guards. Recommended for monolithic tempered glass installations and exterior applications when specifying stainless steel or powder-painted zinc finishes for corrosion resistance.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

- For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge does not support the glass to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
