CRL Z-Series Brushed Stainless Steel 3/8" Square Glass Clamp

This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z910BS) secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass panels to square tubing or other flat surfaces. Constructed from zinc or stainless steel, these flat-base clamps are corrosion-resistant choices for interior and exterior glass railing, partition and windbreak projects.

For attaching the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

Note: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:
- For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) hole required when using steel pin.
- For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) hole required when using steel pin.
Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS replacement screws.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge does not support the glass to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
