This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z710BS) secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass panels and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Built for partitions, railings, mezzanines and windbreaks, the Z-Series clamp is a durable glass clamp solution for architectural railing and partition systems.

For fastening the clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

SPECIFICATIONS
Glass Thickness: 3/8" (10 mm) — compatible with 6 to 12 mm glass.
Base Design: Radius base for secure mounting.
For Use With: 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing only.
Material: Zinc-constructed or stainless steel. For exterior durability, choose stainless steel or powder-painted zinc.
Glass Fabrication:
- For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.
- For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.
Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS replacement screws.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
