This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z710PS) secures 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass panels to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing. Constructed in zinc or stainless steel, the Z-Series clamp is designed for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural projects requiring a low-profile radius base glass clamp.


For attaching the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: If using the included steel pin for extra glass support, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required for 6–10 mm glass; a 9/16" (14 mm) hole is required for 12 mm glass.

SPECIFICATIONS
Glass Thicknesses: 3/8" (10 mm). Compatible with 6–12 mm glass when fabricated per pin-hole requirements.

For Use With: 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing only.
Material: Zinc or stainless steel. For exterior durability, specify stainless steel or powder‑painted zinc.
Glass Fabrication: For 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin. For 12 mm: 9/16" (14 mm) hole required when using the steel pin.
Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (with grommet) for optional use.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS replacement screws. Replacement gaskets: Z38SG.

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
