Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z310PS) securely hold 3/8" (10 mm) glass and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius base glass clamps are ideal for glass railing systems, partition glass, mezzanine guards and exterior windbreaks—a durable choice for both interior and exterior tempered glass projects.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Install by drilling a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and installing the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

Note: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z38RG.

Glass Fabrication Notes:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) thick glass: 1/2" (12 mm) notch required when using the provided steel pin.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) thick glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (optional use) with grommet

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
