CRL Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z510PS) is a compact round-type flat-base clamp engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) glass. Constructed in zinc or stainless steel, this glass clamp is suited for railings, partitions, windbreaks and other architectural glazing projects where a low-profile, durable 3/8 inch glass clamp is required.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:
- For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm): 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin.
- For 1/2" (12 mm): 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
