Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z310BS) are engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) tempered monolithic glass and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base glass clamps provide a clean, secure solution for glass partitions, handrail glazing, mezzanine guards and exterior windbreaks. Ideal long-tail keywords: glass clamp for 3/8 inch tempered glass, radius base glass clamp for round tubing, round tube glass clamp for railings.

For attaching the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool using the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

Note: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Z38RG.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge is not supported to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
