CRL Cologne Hinges—SKU C0L045MGM—are a solid-brass shower door hinge designed for wider, heavier doors where standard hinges fall short. Compared to Vienna hinges, Cologne Hinges feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, low-profile look. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins in for CRL “mouse-ears” cut-outs or remove them for increased adjustability with CRL rectangular or compatible competitive cut-outs.

Reversible Pivot Pin (standard): Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90º and the other 85º. Standard models ship set to 90º; pre-set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the setting.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle walls (specify required angle up to 45º) to assist door closing where 5º is insufficient.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm).
