CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L092MGM) are a solid-brass shower door hinge designed for wider, heavier frameless glass doors where standard hinges fall short. Similar to Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, modern appearance while providing increased strength and reliability for glass shower doors and frameless shower enclosures.

Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (safer for that style), or remove the pins for greater adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular/square-corner cut-outs and some competitive templates.

Reversible & custom pivot options

• Standard reversible pivot pin: One side marked 90º (standard), opposite side marked 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Pin rotates to change setting.
• Custom pivot pins: Available up to 45º for off-angle walls or non-90º installations—specify angle when ordering for custom hinge solutions.

Load ratings & usage

• Two-hinge installation (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three-hinge installation (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
