Overview
The CRL Standard Small Profile Windscreen Base Shoe is designed for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass, making it ideal for windscreen and privacy partition applications.
Compatible with TL3X10 TAPER-LOC® Sets, this base shoe comes in drilled and counter-bored options, or can be custom-drilled to meet your specifications.
Constructed from 6063 Alloy with T52 Temper, it utilizes CRL's patented Dry Glazed TAPER-LOC® System to secure glass panels, though it's not suitable for hand rail or guard rail uses.
Note that heavy base shoes have a stock length tolerance of plus or minus 3/4" (19 mm), and for 1/2" (12 mm) glass, the Wet Glaze Method is recommended.
