CRL Base Flanges can be used on guard rail, hand rail, stairway, and handicap ramp areas. Available for concrete, steel, and wood substrates and fastened with 3/8" (10 mm) anchor bolts, these Base Flanges need to be welded to the post base during fabrication. Cover Plates are sold separately.
