CRL Cologne Hinges offer a sleeker alternative to Vienna Hinges with radius corners and beveled edges. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, these solid-brass hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting options: leave both pins in place to use CRL “mouse-ears” cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (and in some cases competitive) square-corner cut-outs. Ideal for residential and hotel shower applications where a durable, attractive brass shower door hinge is required.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Cologne Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side activated; pre-set models ship with 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle, up to 45º) when the standard 5º offset is not sufficient.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass, hold up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass, hold up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum width of 36" (914 mm).
