CRL Cologne 092 Series Modern Gold 90° Glass-to-Glass Shower Hinge

CRL Cologne Hinges are a premium solid brass shower hinge option similar to Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Cologne Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90º and the opposite side marked 85º. Standard models ship with the 90º side activated; Pre-Set models are set to 85º for a 5º tighter closure. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
