CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L180CH) deliver a sleek, radius-corner design with beveled edges—similar to Vienna hinges but reinforced for wider, heavier glass shower doors. Constructed from solid brass and engineered with two internal steel locator pins, Cologne Hinges offer flexible cut-out compatibility and enhanced strength for residential and hotel shower doors.

Two-pin design — versatile mounting options: Leave both steel pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety. Remove the pins to increase adjustability and fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; pre-set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle, up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load capacity:
— Two hinges: Holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm) using 3/8"–1/2" glass.
— Three hinges: Holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm) using 3/8"–1/2" glass.
