The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N537CH) is a solid-brass shower hinge engineered for reliable door closure and long service life. Compared with the Geneva Series, Pinnacle adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Designed for 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass, these hinges feature stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs and are self-centering within 15° of the closed position.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side active (5° tighter closure). The pin can be rotated to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY & HINGE COUNT:

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lb (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lb (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
