CRL Cologne Hinges feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look similar to Vienna hinges. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for secure “mouse-ears” cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive templates). STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models are set to 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the setting. CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º for off-angle installations where the wall and door do not meet at 90º. Load Capacity: Using two hinges on 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges on 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). SPECIFICATIONS:
