CRL Newport Series Extension Arms for HR2D Series Brackets will give you an extra 2" (51 mm) of horizontal adjustment for those tricky transitions that are common to many hand rail jobs. Simply remove the existing arm, transfer the saddle to the new extension arm, cut to desired length and install.
