CRL Rose Gold Cologne 092 90° Frameless Glass-to-Glass Hinge

CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L092RG) are a heavy-duty shower door hinge option similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker, modern look. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to offer mounting flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º settings. Standard models ship set at 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º (5º tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins up to 45º are available for off-angle installations where the wall and door are not square. Contact CRL Technical Sales to specify required angle.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Two hinges: Holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm) using 3/8"–1/2" glass.
Three hinges: Holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm) using 3/8"–1/2" glass.
