Office Lock Function: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (outside lever can be locked by rocker in faceplate); key operates from outside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Inside lever always retracts for safe egress.

Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (unless deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Inside lever retracts latchbolt and deadbolt together for exiting.

Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Inside lever always retracts for exit—no locking from outside.
