CRL 6" x 10" Center Locks with Deadlatch (SKU: DL611RESC) provide versatile security for commercial and office glass doors. These center locks for 1/2" tempered glass combine a deadlatch mechanism with multiple user functions and are offered in five attractive finishes. A simple cut-out in the glass is all that’s required for installation—no messy cement or silicone—and units ship quickly, typically in under a week.

Office Lock Function: Latchbolt is operated by lever on either side (except when outside lever is locked by rocker in faceplate) or by a key outside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Inside lever always retracts the mechanism to allow exiting.

Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (except when deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Inside lever retracts both latchbolt and deadbolt to allow exiting.

Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Inside lever always retracts the mechanism to allow exiting.

Storeroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever inside and by key outside; outside lever is fixed. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Inside lever always allows exit. Commonly used with electric strikes.

Classroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side except when outside lever is locked by key. Key operates latch and unlocks outside lever. Inside lever is always operable.
