CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L180SB) are radius‑corner, beveled‑edge shower door hinges that offer a sleeker appearance than traditional Vienna hinges. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, these solid brass hinges include two internal steel pins that can be left in place for CRL "mouse‑ears" cut‑outs or removed for greater adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square‑corner cut‑outs (may fit some competitive cut‑outs).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with two settings: 90º (standard) and 85º (pre‑set models). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch between tighter or standard closing angles.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins up to 45º are available for off‑angle installations when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges: Supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with 3/8"–1/2" glass and maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges: Supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with 3/8"–1/2" glass and maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
