CRL SikaTack®‑Ultrafast II Urethane is a fast-curing urethane windshield adhesive designed for rapid auto glass bonding. Compared to the original Ultrafast formula, Ultrafast II delivers higher initial strength and will meet FMVSS 212/216 in as little as 30 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. The dual-cure system is pre-cured by heat—providing unique high initial strength and unsurpassed non-sag properties—while final cure completes through ambient moisture. Tensile Strength: 800–900 psi. For best results, apply Sika‑Aktivator 60D960 very sparingly to the ceramic coating at the glass edge. If glass is supplied without ceramic, use Sika‑Primer CRL Cat. no. 481028. For bonding to EPDM/PVC moldings, use Sika‑Primer S1KA21530. Recommended preheating ovens: 110 VAC SOV110 and 12 VDC SOV12 for SikaTack® ovens. This product is packaged in 10.1 fl. oz (300 ml) cartridges.

Packaging note: One case contains 10 cartridges (300 ml each) and includes 7 nozzles, plus a kit combo with 7 Sika Aktivator PRO Pads and 7 Sika Primer AGR Stix. This 7-nozzle per 10-cartridge configuration is standard in the industry (average usage ≈ 1.5 cartridges per application). If additional nozzles are needed, order catalog number PP1N0Z (pack qty: 6).

Product Warning: Once opened, cartridges should be used the same day. Do not mix with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Do not store above 75°F (24°C).
